N21: National Convention/Go Diamond Accommodation 2015

We are pleased to say that some accommodation has become available at The Executive Inn for the National Convention and Go Diamond.  The details are:

1 Queen Bed, 1 Sofa Bed and Ensuite Bathroom with Dual Head walk in Shower

$180.00 per room, per night, accommodation - Twin Poolside Room

2 Queen Bed and Ensuite Bathroom with walk in Dual Head Shower.

$190.00 per room, per night, accommodation – Corner  Spa Suite

1 Queen Bed and  Ensuite Bathroom with Corner Spa with Shower over bath.

$200.00 per room, per night, accommodation - Terrace Spa Suite

1 Queen Bed and  Ensuite Bathroom with Oval Spa and Separate Shower.

$220.00 per room, per night, accommodation - Family Room

1 King Bed, 2 Single Beds, 1 Sofa Bed and Ensuite Bathroom

$220.00 per room, per night, accommodation – Superior Suite

1 Queen Bed, Separate Lounge and  Ensuite Bathroom with Oval Spa with  Shower over  bath.

$240.00 per room, per night, accommodation - Executive Suite

1 King Bed, Separate Lounge Room with 2 Single Beds and 1 Sofa Bed and Ensuite Bathroom with Spa Bath

Extra Guests

$40.00 per person per night, accommodation only.  Children 13 years and under stay free in existing bedding.

A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in each room except for the Family Room which allows for a maximum of 4 adults and the Executive Suite a maximum of 5 adults.

The Terrace Spa Suites do not have room for a third person.

Breakfast                            

$22.00 per person – Full Buffet Breakfast

$16.00 per person – Continental Buffet Breakfast Breakfast will be on the terrace overlooking the pool at Wests Leagues.  You do not have to leave the hotel to enter Wests as there is a glass door between the hotel and the club.

       

Parking, Daily Pass for Balance Health Club and Wifi are complimentary for all hotel guests.  Parking is subject to availability.

The accommodation has to be taken for the Friday and Saturday nights however if you do not require the Sunday night then please alter the form accordingly.  All rates exclude breakfast.

Reservations will be made on a strictly first come first served basis. 

The terms and condition for the accommodation are on the booking form so please ensure that you read them as they are different to our normal conditions.
